Location: Omagh
Interests: High performance buildings and how our built environment and surroundings contribute to our health and wellbeing. I am a Governor to a primary and secondary school and I am in my last year of an MSc in Construction Business Leadership and Management.
Hobbies: keeping up with 5 and 9 year old boys and providing taxi service for activities. I read a lot and days out and travelling with my boys are what it’s all for!
Why you wished to get involved as a champion: I’ve had the chance to work in other organisations where health and wellbeing policies and supports are available and have availed of some of these so I would like to support development of this here; I would also like to contribute to improving how our built environment can contribute to our physical and mental health and wellbeing too through better ventilation, the Well building standard and other tried and tested initiatives.
