Tai Chi - 4 week session

The 4 week programme will run every Tuesday as below:

  • Tuesday 13th September 2022 from 4.30pm - 5.15pm
  • Tuesday 20th September 2022 from 4.30pm - 5.15pm
  • Tuesday 27th September 2022 from 4.30pm - 5.15pm
  • Tuesday 4th October 2022 from 4.30pm - 5.15pm

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme. Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress.  There will be a focus on slow and repetitive movements that are easy to learn and excellent for promoting relaxation. Ideal for everyone.
